Here’s how our refund policy works:
Payment Refund Policy:
- Once the course materials or electronic book have been sent out, the money-back guarantee no longer applies to self-paced learning.
- You must request a refund for Instructor Led Online Training within 1 day of the start of the batch you registered for. Furthermore, the money-back guarantee is null and void once the user has downloaded the course’s audio recording or electronic book.
- Cyber Brainer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programmes or provide refunds due to low registration numbers, instructor illness, or natural disasters.
In the occasion that Cyber Brainer has to cancel an event, the attendee will receive a full refund.
If a delegate cancels their attendance at an event 7 days or more in advance, they will receive a refund minus a 10% processing fee.
Just if there is just one unit in stock will the “Initiate Refund” button function.

After the client notifies the company, the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be refunded in 7-10 business days using the same source.
Tool Abuse/Tenant Access Abuse:
In this case, the customer’s access will be terminated permanently if we find evidence that he is abusing the tool/tenant access or utilising it for illegal purposes.
No money will be refunded to the consumer under any circumstances if we discover that the tool or tenant access was misused.
Misappropriation of Video Resources & LMS Access:
The videos, resources, and LMS access that we provide are for individual use only. You will no longer have access to the content we provide if there is a breach of our contents.
In any case, if you violate our Video content & materials/LMS Access, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Please be aware that it typically takes 7-10 business days to process a refund after it has been authorised.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Refund requests for in-person and online courses must be submitted at least 15 days before the start of instruction to qualify for a full refund (less any applicable payment gateway fees and GST). If you request a date change less than 15 days before your scheduled training or class begins, you may only move it to a later date. After the start of a training course, no refunds will be given.
Participants will be advised via email and/or phone call of any class cancellations due to insufficient enrollment or instructor emergencies. The registrant may request a refund, a certificate, or a transfer to another course. If the registrant is unable to attend or does not indicate which class they would want to move to by the end of the business day following notification, a refund will be issued.
If the Training Institute has to cancel an event, the attendee will receive a full refund.
